Spend the day with Allison Maryon from Sewing Street making this made to measure quilted dog coat.

A pattern is supplied along with tuition and extra paper to size the pattern

PENDI’S QUILTED DOG COAT.

Sizes X-small to X-large

Neck Sizes 11”  – 26”

Body length  –  measured to fit your dog. 

This is a pattern that can be made to the size needed for your individual dog.  It can be made in a single waterproof layer, quilted with a fleece lining or a cotton lining, with or without wadding.

YOU WILL NEED:-

The following measurements of your dog before you arrive

Neck:- Where the collar sits

Collar to tail

Around the ribcage

XS/S/M  –  0.5 m (150cms wide) outer/lining fabric and wadding if using

L/XL  –  1m (150cms wide) outer/lining fabric and wadding if using

Bias Binding  –  0.5m – 2.5m  It is difficult to be precise about Binding as this a bespoke patter, measured to fit your individual dog. Available at Patchwork Dreamer

0.5m Hook & Loop tape Available at Patchwork Dreamer in black

Thread (please wind your bobbins before the class to save time)

Marking chalk/pen

Basting spray

Sticky tape

Walking foot for your machine

Paper and fabric scissors
