This stencil could be used inside a boarder and round the corners You can transfer or mark the stencil design onto your quilt top before or after layering up,by using a  chalk pencil, water soluble pen, Quilt Pounce, graphite pencil, or a Hera marker.  I don’t recommend a Frixion pen for marking quilting designs as the line can reappear.
