Patchwork Dreamer's cabin

Hello and welcome to Patchwork Dreamer’s brand spanking new website. The old site was nearly eight years old (I can’t quite believe that) so the time had come. We are on a different platform which unfortunately means you are going to need to make a new account if you had one with the old website.

We have lots to look forward to with new quilting fabrics due from Makower, Timeless Treasures, Free Spirit, Windham and Kona solids all due this month alone. I hope I have room! Another new addition is from Oh sew Bootiful, embroidery fabric packs which contain 100% cotton printed fabric, stitch instructions and DMC colour codes. I can supply the DMC threads and six inch hoop if you require or you may have lots of threads stashed away.

Oh Sew Bootiful Embroidery

These would make a great holiday project or gift, they are quite simple so good for a beginner at embroidery.

Patchwork Dreamer is now a Moda stockist and the first collection is here in time for the website launch. Take a look in the pre-cuts section as you will find a few Moda jelly rolls, layer cakes and charm packs that I snaffled away from the rep when he called recently.

I hope you enjoy the new website and with holiday season on us in Cornwall I hope to see you in the cabin. For those who have not been here before you will find us tucked away in a beautiful setting on the edge of Cardinham woods. We have an on site cafe who serve the most delicious cakes and light meals in a converted chapel or on their outside seating areas. You can get to us by steam train (there is a song in there somewhere) from Bodmin General to Coleslogget Holt from which there is about a 800 yard walk down to us. Check out the details for the trains here https://bodminrailway.co.uk/plan-your-visit/ dogs are welcome with some lovely areas to walk. Or you could just drive, we are about a mile down the road from the Cardinham woods junction, look for the Stable Art signs, you will find me in their grounds.  Sat Nav does not always behave so once you have reached the Glynn Valley Crematorium PL30 4AP just follow the road down ignore the Cardinham Woods sign on your left just keep going.

However you get here it would be lovely to see you.

Quilty hugs

Mary
