Simple but stylish, The Squiffy Sling by Mrs H is a great beginner sew. With fun asymmetrical styling but just one pattern piece for outer and lining, it’s a quickie! There are two sizes for this bag, we will be making the large one. Finished size 10″ W x 11″ H x 4″ D (25cm x 28cm x 10cm)

This is a great pattern for showing off your interesting fabrics.

As this bag sewing pattern has just one main pattern piece, you might find it easiest to use non-directional fabrics.

A maximum of three students so you get lots of one to one time.

Jenny from Crafty Like a Fox will teach you how to insert the zips and make the pockets.  You will learn how to work with bag foam and produce a professional looking bag. Included in the class price is your own pattern from Mrs H, foam, zip, triglade, rectangle ring and clasp.  Requirements list will be sent on booking. Home work is required before the day in the form of cutting out and pressing on the fusible interfacing.
