On this three hour class you will learn:-

1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of measuring and calculations
2. Recording information accurately
3. Follow safe working practices using a domestic sewing machine
4. Recognise correct sewing feet fit for purpose
5. Adding appropriate seam finishes
6. Using a sewing machine to produce fabric samples
7. Sew an inseam pocket
8. Sew a double welt pocket
9. How to use the button foot
10. how to use the buttonhole foot
11. How to space a row of three buttons and buttonholes on a sample placket

You will need to bring:
o Pen/pencil
o Sewing kit
o white thread
o sewing machine
o fabric scissors
o pattern cutting rulers
o measuring tape
